A wide sundeck spans the back of the property, overlooking the marsh and a large lap-length salt water pool—ideal for morning swims or sunset lounging (can be heated for an added $125 per day, four day min). The sundeck is partially covered for shade and outdoor dining, and a mosquito misting system ensures year-round comfort.
