Our rental at Sapphire Seascape was amazing! Condo was updated and furnishings were beautiful. Close to beach as advertised! I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a chilllaxing vacation as a couple.

Great place and location

The property was nicely updated, clean, and a quick walk to the beach. It also seemed to have everything we needed for cooking meals. And thanks for the bottle of wine! Grocery store and nice shopping was less than a 10 minute drive or even a bike ride away. Such a relaxing, beautiful stay!

We had a great time in Kiawah staying at this wonderful condo. The location is very near the beach and golf course. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and the bed was super comfortable. The condo was supplied with everything we could have needed for both the bathroom and the kitchen. Hats off to the ITrip team for excellent communication throughout this process. I recommend both this condo and ITrip for a visit to Kiawah. I know we will be back!

Great condo but weak air conditioning.

This is a great property and is exactly as photographed and described. Perfect for a few days at the beach with nice amenities-well kept and maintained. The location is great. Easy walk to the beach. The one downside was the air conditioning. There didn’t seem to be an HVAC system instead there were two units one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Although we lowered both during our stay, the condo never really cooled off. It was a hot week and as a result we found it a bit uncomfortable to spend a lot of time there and VERY uncomfortable to sleep. I am not sure we would have booked it if we had realized how warm me would be.

We loved everything about staying here

This is our second time staying in the Seascape Villas at Kiawah Island. We stayed at another VRBO villa that was closer to the beach, but this one was much better. We loved everything about staying here. It is so close to the beach and the walk through the trees, along the path is very pleasant. The interior is wonderful compared to other rental houses. The couch was so comfortable, we were the side chairs. I loved the giant island in the kitchen and the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked. There was an air fryer, but we didn't use it. We brought our own coffee maker and coffee, since we drink way more coffee than the Keurig will accommodate. The screen-in patio was private and very pleasant to relax on at all times of the day. The was a half bath on the patio, which was a little weird, but no issues. The shower was fantastic, especially after a long day in the sun. We didn't love the barn door between the bedroom and bathroom because when it is dark the light shines through the space and lights up the bedroom. I would not recommend this for more than 2 people. The couch pulls out, but it would be very tight with 3-4 people. I cannot say enough about the keyless entry. It is so nice to come and go without worrying about keys, especially on the beach and between people. Communication from the owner was top notch. I had one concern that was easily fixed and Steven was very receptive and quick via text. We were very pleased.

Our stay at the condominium was highly enjoyable. Its proximity to the beach was remarkable, within mere seconds. The beaches were breathtaking.Despite the absence of scenic views from the condominium, the interior was exceptionally comfortable for four nights. We particularly appreciated the screened-in porch, which provided a tranquil retreat. The bathroom on the porch, despite its ongoing renovations, was conveniently located.The complimentary wine and cookies served as a delightful welcome gift. We eagerly anticipate our next visit.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! We’ve been coming to Kiawah Island for 30 years, and this particular villa had excellent updates throughout. The attractive kitchen layout made great use of the space, which made it useful and inviting for the meals we chose to have in. The bathroom was also very nicely done. The villa itself is just a short walk to the beach (Boardwalk 7) and convenient to all things West Beach. We would choose to rent this villa again. Highly recommend!
