The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, etc, but you will want to bring pantry staples with you if you plan to cook (ie salt, pepper). The best part of the house is the location! The beach is a 2 to 4 minute walk, making it close enough to go back and forth to the house with ease for bathroom breaks and snacks. Loved the bike racks hidden with landscaping to the street (out front).
