Pelle and his staff have created a very special lovers retreat on the Maekong river that if you come to Thailand and don't pay them a visit its your mistake. Rooms are small, but efficiently designed, and have a gorgeous view onto the rivers. Resort is run by a nice family who also serves excellent food in their restaurant. Suggestions for improvement would be for the shower. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft die Beschilderung zur Rezeption irreführend. Loved everything about this resort. It’s a hidden gem! The resort is tastefully decorated and landscaped, the bed was the most comfortable in Thailand and that showerhead... Whoa! Amazing! The view of the river and being able to sit across the river and Laos ? Priceless! Oh, the most breathtaking sunset in Thailand all for under $100 including breakfast. The owner and her family are warm and genuinely kind. Book!
