Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Hotel is fine, but the pet-friendly side is exaggerated: only two rooms allow pets and they are more expensive for some/ no reason. The hotel them charges an extra cost for the pets of about 300 baht per night, which wasn't mentioned before. In all, quite expensive
