Room was spacious and comfortable. You can tell its an older hotel but its been updated some. Breakfast buffet was the best I've tried so far. Catering some to westerns. Staff was helpful. Live music was cool. Just a guy and a guitar and keyboardist. Steakhouse food was 8. I tried the snapper. Not seasoned well but the tarter sauce was a life saver. I also tried the pork ribs. It was ok. I could tell they weren't very fresh but still ok. Fries 10+. Thai food was excellent according to my wife. I'd stay there again. Good price.

Kosa never disappoints. We love this place. This was our fifth stay here, and it remains great. From the moment you arrive in the driveway, the staff bends over backwards to make you feel comfortable. The vibe here is like grand hotels of old. It's an older hotel, but has been very well maintained. Marble and dark wood everywhere. The lobby area has a lovely seating area, and I love to sit there and watch the people come and go. We upgraded to the Deluxe room for this stay, which has more room and comfortable in-room seating. The beds are very comfortable, with very nice linens, etc. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Mostly Thai food, but they do have western options. The coffee is outstanding, which, IMHO, is actually quite unusual in Thai hotels. There are several dining options on site, and several other options nearby. There's a 7-11 and an Amazon Cafe in easy walking distance. The mall across the street is still not open, but the site manager told us that a soft opening is planned for October 1st, 2026. Bathrooms are nice, with plenty of water pressure even on the higher floors. Our deluxe room on the 10th floor had a nice city view. The pool area is nice, though we didn't get much chance to use it, it being the height of the rainy season. The hotel is a little on the pricey side, at least by Khon Kaen standards. Our deluxe room was 1790 baht/night, which included breakfast for two. All in all, it was an excellent experience. Again. Highly recommended.

First time at Kosa and me and my partner lived it. Right in the middle of everything from Ton Tan market, central Plaza, Fairy shopping and loads of clubs and bars. Pool decent and quiet. Staff friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast plentiful. Black out curtains would be a bonus. Thank you

Worth the money

The hotel is a little dated, but not enough to worry about. The room itself was nice and roomy. The bed was also of a good standard.The breakfast had a various choice of good quality food. I'd be happy to stay there again.It was well worth the money!

Hotel in general requires upgrades. Issues noted…Toilet not always functional. Part of electrical plugs in room did not work. Hot water did not work. The bed sheets were stained. The staff was apologetic and tried their best to rectify the situation.

Sorry to say, DATED. Faint musty smell from AC. COLD shower only a trickle of hot water. Door handle fell off bathroom door. Gross "View" moldy building walls and rooftops. Parking is across the street in a parking garage. Staff is friendly. Pool was clean and decent. Heavy, perfumed citronella? smell in lobby.
