This is an idyllic hotel. Very nice staff. The room was immacualte. Felt like you were in a haven of quiet away from the madness of Krabi even though the beach is only a ten min free shuttle ride away. Excellent breakfast too.

We stayed at the Lane Bay Villas for a second time this year and we are again so delighted of our stay. The staff is very polite and always trying to make you feel comfortable or provide you with everything you need. The house cleaning was excellent. The see view from the front villa is amazing and having breakfast every day on the front table with this view was amazing. We felt among the nature with all the natural noise of birds, and water, it was great coming back here and thank you so much to Rot and her entire team for making us feel in a fairytale again ! Also thank you for making us last year so early in the morning ( 5 a.m.) breakfast and helping us with our luggage as our flight was at 9 a.m. and we had to leave very early 🙏 We appreciate all your kindness and hospitality ❤️

The front desk staff were lovely. Compared to the last two hotels I stayed at, the receptionists greeted us with smiles. The hotel itself is old and the rooms are basic. I could not get the television to work but the air conditioner worked well. The bathroom had a lot of chrome which was discoloured ...
