The hotel's exterior is well-maintained and clean, but the rooms need repairs, such as: The air conditioning wasn't working on our first day. We reported the problem, and they fixed it. Two days later, the bathroom light stopped working. I reported it, and they fixed it. The toilet flush stopped working. I reported it, and they fixed it, but after that, I still had to press the button to flush. There are fans outside that run so loudly at night that it's impossible to sleep. The air conditioning supposedly worked after the repair, but it didn't cool the room as well as it should.

Its quite a well kept and clean hotel and even though the staff weren't good in explaining things in English they utilized the internet apps available quite well to assist us in our everyday queries. Very efficient and helpful staff. Centrally located in the city just close to my meeting venue at the ICAO Regional office and closer to 2 huge shopping malls. Very convenient.

From my greeting arriving late in the evening I received smiles , midnight blue sky’s over the property beach . The fantastic staff graciously showed to my extremely luxurious room . True value . I am a professional chef and the culinary chefs creat art with their endless selection of only the gorgeous quality breakfast , both staples and creations ! "They need to make it more upgraded. The safety is my concern too. My room is by the stairwell and it's scary if someone can sneak in from the stairwell. Sofas are kinda used up. They use a lot MSG in the restaurant. I was sick for the entire stay after eaten the first meal."
