"I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage.
The property is old, but very well preserved and staff is very courteous and very helpful. It is just an amazing fun to sit in the morning or in the evening at the swing and listen to the birds chirping.

"This place is heaven for nature lovers. A place in the forest, surrounded by flora and fauna. It is a vast property with many Adventures activities like Zip - lining, Archery, swimming pool, Burma Bridge, Campfire etc. Rooms are Air conditioned and they have luxury tents too around the swimming pool. It is a pet friendly resort. The food they serve is like home made food, both veg and non veg food are served in buffet style and not A la carte basis. "Cottage room was very comfortable with all amenities. The room & bathroom were very clean. Air conditioner was not noisy & sleep quality is good. The bed linen is clean. Tea-coffee corner is well stocked. Great ambiance and lawns. Lots of natural trees and beautiful flowers "
"Not even get Ice in hotel. Light issue is their those they have back-up system but AC is not working on back-up only ceiling fans are working. Dinning facility is not available in hotel."

Room service is really good, cleaned and provided toiletries second day. Buffet Bfst included is a plus! Good food, ambience and game room. Pool is definitely the highlight of this hotel, although couldn’t use it due to rain. "
