The condo was clean and neat and as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and the pool/hot tub were fantastic. We never needed anything so we can't comment on the property management company's response to issues. They had the condo ready for us when we arrived, and we never had to contact them after that. The main hallways have a "weird unpleasant" smell and the carpet thru out the unit is filthy. The unit is very lacking in kitchen/cooking necessities. The pots/pans were burned and kept shedding teflon into our food making them basically unusable. The utensils and dishes/glasses were minimal for a family. A group renting the condo should be aware that the use of the Murphy bed restricts anyone in the back bedroom from coming into the living room when it is folded down (but they do have access to the bathroom). Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit wasn't very clean. Almost every pot/pan, utensil, etc. in the kitchen was dirty. There was a significant amount of hair (shaved and longer women's hair) in both showers. A dirty cup was left under the bunk beds. In general, the apartment felt a little run down with rust on the bath drains, which would break off when I tried to fill the tub for our little girls bath time. The closet doors in the master bedroom were also off the track and hanging on sideways. Other than the cleanliness issue, we loved the location and how quiet it was. We enjoyed walking out our door to a nearby trail.
