It features a beautiful deck that also offers green space and treed views. Updated kitchen, private laundry and a private garage. Ideally located near River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. Access to Red Hawk Lodge outdoor pool and hot tubs. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features beautiful treed views from the windows and a flat screen TV above a gas fireplace with stone surround. Relax after a day of outdoor adventure on comfortable leather furniture. There are two queen-sized sleeper sofas. Extra linens are in a closet. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The private deck is just off the dining area and offers access to greenspace so it’s like you have your own backyard. Enjoy the peaceful treed views and fresh mountain air. The first of two full bathrooms is down the hall and it has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was extremely happy with this rental. As pictured, very clean, loads of space, and easy 6min walk to River Run gondola. My three kids (twin 6YOs and 4YO), while a bit difficult of a walk for them in all their gear, did it well. Similar walk into town. Ample dishes, sheets, towels, and the appreciated details to make the stay comfortable in a rental (coffee, laundry pods, etc.) also, the property management company was extremely helpful, sufficient information upon check in and departure, and appreciated the follow ups during the stay.
