Location is great for walking to the lifts at Mountain House (maybe 5 minutes?). Short walk to pick up shuttle, or enjoy a nice walk along the river to River Run Village. Heated garage parking was a plus, although it is tight (but doable) to get into the garage if you have a longer vehicle. Pictures are a good representation of the unit. Great view of the mountains.
