Step into the stunning living room which boasts floor to ceiling windows on all sides making the space bright and airy. The living room features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and impressive views of the mountain range. The large open floor plan hosts a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space that flows into the living area making preparing meals and dining-in for the whole family a breeze. Serve your family at the dining table with seating for 8 people with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. A large deck is situated off of the living room and features outdoor dining. After a long day of outdoor activities, relax in your private hot tub situated on the downstairs patio and enjoy the stunning views. There is a laundry unit in the condo for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, private balcony entrance, and stunning floor to ceiling windows. The en suite bathroom features a large soaking tub and a standing shower. The second primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, private balcony entrance and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Great unit with lots of space and light coming in. Loved the views and close proximity to River Run. We enjoyed the private hot tub and used it daily, although the controls got locked somehow and we couldn't figure out how to unlock them. The Roku set-up was easy to use, and it's got an auto log-out feature, so you don't have to worry about people using your Netflix/Prime accounts after you leave. Be aware there is a building going up next door, so the construction noise (including back-up beeping) can be annoying. I assume this will continue the rest of summer 2023\. We did day trips to hike and site see, so it was tolerable. Oh, also -- there is no lock on the master bedroom door and it opens outward, so cannot be blocked with a door jamb. ##### Ryan H.
