You’re less than fifty yards from the Peru and Argentine ski lifts. It features scenic views from two private balconies. It also has an updated kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace in the living area. As you enter this second floor walk-up you will find an entryway with mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features modern furniture and a flat screen TV mounted above a wood-burning fireplace. Off of the living area is access to the main balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views of the courtyard on one side. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just down the hall you have access to private laundry and detergent is provided for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and access to its own private balcony. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a glass-enclosed walked-in shower with tile surround. Enjoy the handheld and rainfall shower heads. The first guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a twin-sized daybed and a flat screen TV. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. It also has its own private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom that can also be used by guests. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The third guest bedroom is off the main living area and features a twin-sized day bed. It also has its own entrance to the main balcony. Some instructions would be helpful) Unit was well appointed and very clean. Three bedrooms were great, each with full bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Fourth 'bedroom' didn't have privacy due to windows directly into living area and only has a small wall heater which was inadequate to keep the room warm enough. This unit was more than spacious for the four of us and our stay was very comfortable. We had an issue with the TV in the primary bedroom but the management staff was responsive and helped take care of it. We personaly thought the beds were a bit soft, and the winter comforter on the bed was too heavy for this time of year. We called the management office and they were able to change out the comforters for lighter weight blankets. We thought the unit could use some light updates and we would have appreciated more hooks in the bathrooms; but other than that we had an enjoyable stay. ##### Sherry F. Each room having its own private bathroom was really nice. We had a blast-even saw a moose. However, on a note of transparency to renters the condo does have a lot of wear and tear in it. The 4th bedroom was an unheated freezing room. Uncomfortable furniture. Kitchen has broken faucet. Door to master bath not functional. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully renovated condo with perfect location near Mountain House in Keystone. Easily walk to lift or ski school. Lots of room. Note to the owner, the place was dirty. We are paying $175 for cleaning and this place was not clean. Marinara on the counter, Shampoo foam, soap scum, hair in the showers, dirty toilet....and zero paper towels or cleaning supplies to tidy up. Reviewer Comments: We were attending a festival at River Run in Keystone with 3 couples. The condo was perfect as it was in walking distance of the event, had 3 rooms (each with their own bathroom), and had all the accommodations we needed. We mark this as a 4 overall due to 2 items. (a)The hot tub from the unit above leaked into the den causing us to work with maintenance. This was no fault of the unit owners but took time to deal with. Maintenance set up fans to dry out the room and they were noisy (b) had trouble finding the key card gate to the unit. Residence have a opener for the main gate but renters can't use it. Instructions did not state which gate to use. Reviewer Comments: Good location, nice furniture & furnishings. We stay in vacation rentals a lot, this one could use a really thorough deep cleaning (stacks of dust in the windowsills & the floors seem to get swept but could stand a good mopping). We had to rewash every dish, glass & utensil before we used it b/c it all was dirty with food stuck to it, & toward the end of our stay we realized why - the dishwasher is terrible & needs replacing. There is a TV in every room, but only the living room TV actually works, despite our following the provoded laminated instructions exactly. We reported this to management who said they would send maintenance out but no one ever came. Also, be advised, this unit has no blender. The door to the building only opens about 45 degrees, so getting your stuff in & out is a bit of an adventure ##### Amy S. Reviewer Comments: The house was exactly as described online and very comfortable. We did, however, have a major problem with the parking arrangements. I called weeks in advance and even drove to the property a week before to make sense of how a condo that sleeps nine only allows one car to park. In the winter ski months, I understand that parking may be limited, but this condo community felt like a literal ghost town in June. We had to pay $25 a day to park a mile away from our condo, which meant shuttling each other to cars every day of our stay. This was so inconvenient we would not book this condo again. We would’ve happily paid extra to park on site in one of the hundreds of available spaces near our condo. This, plus having to drive to Breckenridge every day to find anything to do, means you’re better off just staying in Breck if you’re looking to book this condo in the summer. ##### Whitney M. This condos location really can’t get any better. It’s maybe a one minute walk to the lift. The condo itself is pretty nice and very spacious. Three full bathrooms is nice as well. The check in process however is best described as a scavenger hunt. You get texted instructions that are WAY to complicated and over worded with three different addresses and information in a non sequential order. You literally have to go to a strip center, find an office, go inside, find a lock box, enter a code, find your envelope, then find a gate to a parking lot that’s through a parking lot with no address. Combine all of that with it being in an unfamiliar location, dark outside and snowing. WAY over complicated!!! While it’s likely not the property managers fault, the condo’s address ( which they provide to you ) does take you to the condos gate. However, it’s a “owners only” gate. Once you’ve navigated around to the other side of the building by getting back on the highway you have literally traveled about 3 miles to get to the “guest” gate. You then can finally enter the condos parking lot then to park for this unit you literally park about 20ft from the gate you were not allowed to come through. It’s absolutely ridiculous and one million percent frustrating and unnecessary. Lastly, I would assume it was also the property manager but someone sent a repair man to our condo at 6pm for maintenance we didn’t request. That’s not something anyone is going to be interested in on their vacation. ##### Seth H.
