This home is just 4 minutes from Keystone Village, yet is peacefully secluded. Two living areas and three primary suites highlight the home. There's also a private hot tub, fire pit, laundry, and two-car garage. Enjoy nearby hiking trails or head to the village for shopping, restaurants and skiing. The front door entryway leads to the main living area on the first floor. It offers vaulted ceilings with wood beams and beautiful views through the large windows. There is a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat screen TV, and cozy furniture. Head outside to the spacious deck with treed views and fresh mountain air. Soak in the private hot tub or sit around the fire pit. The full-sized gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats eight people and there are six additional seats at the breakfast bar. A separate breakfast nook is to the left of the kitchen.There is a guest half bathroom on this main level with a single sink vanity with a granite countertop. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The laundry area and mud room are on the main level also. The first primary suite is on the main level. It features a king-sized bed, a gas fireplace, a sitting area, a walk-in closet, and a private entrance to the patio. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity with granite countertops, a walk-in shower with tile surround, and a separate soaking tub. The loft offers a second living area with a wet bar, wine cooler, flat screen TV and ample seating. Also upstairs are three more bedrooms. The second primary suite features a king-sized bed a twin day bed with trundle, vaulted ceiling, and a sitting area. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower with tile surround, and separate soaking tub. The third primary features a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed. Reviewer Comments: The residence is perfect for a large family and/or group of friends. We all had enough space to spread out. The rental had everything you needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool table was a great source of entertainment in the evenings after dark. The property is located near awesome hiking trails and several towns including Breckenridge, Frisco and Silverthorne where there are shops and places to eat. The fire pit was great for roasting marshmallows and there were two BBQ grills at the property as well. Only issue was that on a Thursday morning, we notified SCMT of a very brief power outage which knocked out all of the TVs and informed them the ice maker was not working but no one came out to resolve these issues by the time we checked out on Saturday. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed a lovely long weekend celebrating our parents 72nd wedding anniversary and Dad’s 92nd BD. The home was spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities. The entry and first floor master were perfect for our parents so they didn’t have to climb stairs. The gas firepit outside was great for the 8 of us to sit around. Nice extras were the pool table and hot tub. We did have trouble accessing the TV but a quick call had a maintenance guy out within an hour to enter the proper codes. The mgmt team often checked on us to ensure everything was ok. We were very impressed with the digital guide and instructions, which explained nearly everything we needed to know. Only suggestion would be to make the guide unit specific which would have helped with the TV issue. Overall, we enjoyed the property and would stay there again. ##### Lynn J.
