This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony overlooking the courtyard and hot tubs. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There's a DVD player for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, with mountains in the distance. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with one additional seat at the breakfast bar. The full bathroom features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. This place was about a 30 minute walk to the center which I thoroughly enjoyed each day. The walk to the gondola was only a few minutes. The wine and jazz festival was going on during my stay. I could hear the music from the balcony and it was a quick walk there as well. Close to restaurants and shops. The only thing I didn’t like was overlooking the hot tubs. (which ironically their door is literally 20 steps or so from the men's room). They said that they would check it out but I don't know if they actually ever did as the issue wasn't resolved within our 5 day stay.So we had to listen to that noise every night, sleep with the noise every night 24/7 for 5 days straight.Other than that, the condo was nice and not any issues with it, very short walk to the gondola and many good places to eat. My rating will be for the condo ONLY as the condo owner shouldn't get a negative review because of the HOA's property management team! ##### Paco F.
