This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It features two balconies that overlook Dercum Square and offer mountain views in the distance. Premium linens throughout. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The first private balcony is just off of the living area and offers views of the Gore Mountain Range and overlooks Dercum Square that features an ice skating rink in winter and a miniature golf course in summer.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six people and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just off of the living area is the first of two full bathrooms. It has a shower/tub combination and a pedestal sink. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master suite features a king-sized bed and a large flat screen TV and DVD player. Enjoy the added luxury of your own private balcony. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features two queen-sized beds and a mounted flat screen TV.

Enjoy extra soft oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. Property is very nice, great location to walk to Gondola. Unit faces the parking lot, so if it snows during the evening during your stay, unless your a very sound sleeper you will be woken up by the sound of the plows and there “back up beeping”.

Great stay!

The whole family loved the unit and property…from the spacious, well stocked room, the pool and hot tubs, the mini golf, to the shops and restaurants located behind our building. Also just a short drive to Dillon and Breckenridge. There’s no shortage of things to do!

The instructions for picking up the keys were clear as was all communication regarding our stay. We've rented at Keystone many times from Summit County Mountain Retreats many times over the years and have always had a good experience. We were disappointed that despite contacting the office shortly after leaving town about my daughter's AirPods being left in the unit, they weren't returned to us--we were able to track their location at the unit and then elsewhere in Summit County in the days after our stay.

There was drywall in the hallway right in fro t of the unit from two holes in the ceiling. I understand repairs happen, but construction debris should be cleaned up. The carpet at the entrance of the unit was frayed and the carpet throughout most the unit was old and needs replacing. Multiple knobs/handles were lose and falling off in the kitchen. Finally, the screen door in the master bedroom was off its rails, so you couldn’t close it.

Reviewer Comments: This condo Is well located with a short walk to the gondola, shopping and dining. The ice skating rink, which is visible from the condo, is directly outside the main doors. The ski locker is convenient, although we chose to check our skis by the gondola ($5/night). Mattresses and bedding are adequate. There are plenty of towels supplied.Summit County Mountain Retreats charges $30 for early check-in, which, given the fact that we had to make daily calls to maintenance (heat not working, gas fireplace not working, toilet continuously flushing) seems absurd. The fireplace was a daily issue, it worked initially but then the pilot light went out. The pilot light was relit but went out each consecutive day of our stay. Maintenance felt that the issue had to do with venting which was not corrected during our stay.
