This newly constructed 4-story home in Keystone sleeps 13 across two king beds, two queen beds, a twin-over-queen bunk, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features two living areas, two balconies, full-size chef's kitchen, private two-car heated garage plus modern and high-end finishes throughout. There is also a brand new private hot tub located on the balcony. Additionally, you are just minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, Frisco and all that Summit County has to offer. As you enter the property either from the main entrance or via the heated garage, you will find yourself in the oversized mud room offering hooks and a storage bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. On the second floor, or the main entry level, there is a spacious second living area on your left with incredible mountain decor, a smart T.V. and a queen size sleeper sofa with a private balcony overlooking Keystone and surrounding rocky mountains. Beyond the second living area are three guest bedrooms, the first offering a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second features a king-size bed and ensuite bedroom. The third offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a sitting area. There is also a wine cooler, a wet bar area, and a full bathroom featuring a double vanity and a steam shower. The third floor features a half bath in the hallway and two more bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity and separate toilet area. In addition, there is a washer and dryer located in the closet for your convenience. Across the hall is the fourth guest bedroom featuring another queen guest suite with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Head up to the fourth floor to the top level where you will find yourself in the beautiful, spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area offers a 65" Smart TV, heated hardwood flooring, and a gas fireplace with a huge, comfortable couch. The main balcony is just past the living area and offers beautiful views of Keystone Ski Resort. The full-size luxury chef's kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and large refrigerator as well as a wine fridge and ample cabinet space. Hosting dinner would be a delight with seating for 10 at the dining table as well as room for 5 more at the breakfast bar. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful, but not stocked for rentals. The kitchen is very limited with cooking supplies. There’s still problems with the electrical system . When you use a blow dryer it pops the circuit. Great decks and outside areas that have no furniture. It would’ve been nice to spend some time on the outdoor decks. The garage has not been washed out since mud season and it’s full of mud. The USP ports did not work in the master bedroom. Elevator was broken when we got there and broke again. This is not easy to carry luggage and kitchen supplies without the elevator. The sheets and towels need to be upgraded as thin and scratchy.This time would be a great rental if the owners and management company would do the improvements needed. ##### Cole J. ### 8/10 Good #### Doug S. 24 Jul 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Super-Sized and Nice Location We rented this home for an 80th birthday celebration for 11 family members. The size was perfect for our group. Lots of space to spread out and 5 bedrooms. The main living area had room for cooking, dining, and lounging, although there is no bathroom on the main floor, guests must take stairs to level 3 for a bathroom. This wasn't a problem for us, but guests should be aware. 3 stoves and 2 dishwashers made cooking for our group a breeze. Amazing view and the outdoor space is plentiful, however although the listing shows a firepit, it is not available for renters. I was informed by the management it's an HOA restriction - in speaking with the neighbors (who were using their firepit) I believe it is restricted for renters only which was a huge disappointment. Also, the home has 3 decks which are wonderful for a setting like Keystone in the summer, however the HOA prohibits outdoor furniture! Again, I can only assume the HOA would not allow a short-term rental to have outside space that may result in groups of people "disturbing" the neighborhood - like the firepit. This was highly disappointing as being outside is one of the big reasons we came to Keystone. Other reviews listed a circuit breaker issue - it is still a problem as circuit breakers CONSTANTLY tripped for main washer and main wine/drink fridge. Maintenance was notified. Overall a very nice and roomy location - it would be 5 stars without the dumb HOA restrictions and electrical issues. ##### Doug S. The amenities were amazing as well as the details. My only issues with the house were we blew the breaker multiple times in different parts of the house. Because we were the first ones staying in the house there were a lot of undone details not finished, part of the stove was not hooked up, the ice and water in the fridge were not hooked up, the usb was not connected in the bedroom. A repairman came out promptly to take care of most of the concerns, he could not get the fridge water and ice working but the other issues were resolved. The kitchen was sparsely stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. In my opinion for a house that is meant to sleep that many there were not enough large cooking dishes to serve a large group. The office was confusing whether they would provide. In the text I sent to them they asked for us to switch by and grab the items needed but when I did go by they said they couldn’t provide those. My advice, take anything you think you might need or call in advance and ask for inventory of the house. ##### Liz H. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this house for three nights. It was two families with kids and the house is designed perfectly for two families, with one floor having three bedrooms and a washer/dryer and another floor having two bedrooms with another washer/dryer. It is in a great location, very close to the ski resorts. I loved that the dining table seats 10, which allowed us to eat together and plenty of room for everyone to hang out either together or separately. The blinds do not block out light so as soon as the sun is up, your room is pretty bright. The garage code never worked for us and I let them know, but their only response was "is it still not working" and when I replied that it wasn't working, I did not get any further responses. So every single time we came back to the property, someone had to go inside and open the garage door from the inside. The showers were also lukewarm at best throughout our stay. The first night, we all individually thought it was because everyone was showering at once, but the second day, we realized it was an ongoing problem. I again alerted them. They responded several hours later asking if I wanted maintenance to come by. We said yes and to their credit, someone showed up pretty fast, but it was still not fixed and we had another night of lukewarm showers. I let them know and there was someone there to fix it as we were checking out. The kitchen is decently stocked, but we noted a few items that would've been helpful - a couple of bigger bowls, a strainer for pasta and maybe a bigger pot. But if you are not cooking anything complicated, you should be fine. Overall, gorgeous property in gorgeous location, but the responsiveness could definitely be improved. ##### Marissa Y.
