Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a Smart TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. Enjoy the cozy sectional that includes a queen-sized, memory foam sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. Unique stair-step windows provide natural light and slope views. The private balcony is just off the main living area and features slope views to the south. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six around a beautiful wood table. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Unfortunately, now there is a condo building being built directly across from the main windows and balcony, roughly 100 feet away.. nail guns, concrete trucks, a vacuum truck...the noise was very loud each morning. We had no idea about this construction so close, which is in addition to the huge Kindred complex being built at the base of the gondola. This will end at some point, but it was bad timing for us. Everything is so high in the kitchen, and for me being 5’3”, I could not get into the cupboards without a chair. Dishwasher stopped working the last day. Elevator is awful.
