It features a private balcony with village views. Updated kitchen and private laundry. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Buffalo Lodge offers shared amenities including 2 hot tubs. The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a flat screen TV and cozy furniture where you can warm up in front of the beautiful gas fireplace. There's a game table as well as a selection of board games, books and DVDs. Off of the living area is the private rooftop balcony that offers beautiful views of River Run Village and outdoor seating. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of three bathrooms is located just off the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There's a private washer and dryer located in the closet near the entryway. For your convenience, laundry detergent has been provided. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and village views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination with a jetted tub. This unit has enough room for everyone, three bathrooms, a nice big table to eat and play games, a well stocked kitchen and love that it has a washer dryer in the unit. It has easy access to the stairs and is not far from the pool (which is finally warmer than in years past). Appears to be recently painted and a few new furniture pieces. The windows, screens, and blinds in any of the units we've stayed always need a little work and can be hard to deal with. Summit County folks are always accessable and very friendly. Always prefer the wood flooring over carpet. Nice furniture and was finally able to figure out all of the various remotes and ROKU TV. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect location to hop down the stairs and out to the pool, shops, gondola etc. A little noisy with a dumpster right outside of our deck that was emptied early morning however, I've found that if you prefer to sleep in, River Run is not the quiet place you are looking for. We had a few issues and the response was exceptional. Very friendly management team. Seems like a lot of things were out of service for maintenance including the hot tubs for Buffalo Lodge which is a bit annoying, but we enjoyed the community pool and hot tubs which were very well maintained and the pool was heated more than in the past which was a good thing. Walk 5 min to the slopes, one of the few condos with a nice patio outside. General store and pizza are 10 steps away. Plenty of room for cooking, eating, relaxing. Ample bedroom space, heated underground parking. 2nd floor unit so an easy walk from the parking garage (even though the elevators are broke and 'have been for a while' according to staff). 2 hot tubs, 2 pool tables and rec room right downstairs. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving at the condo, we found out that our keys didn't work. After more than 8 hours in a SUV, this is the last headache I wanted to deal with. However, the company was about 20 minutes out, and we had new keys. However, the gentleman that came, double checked our keys to make sure they didn't work which I thought was a bit offensive. Listen, I am not going to sit in a hallway with my family and two luggage carts cause I want to inconvenience your day. After we get in, the carpet was quite dirty. I get it that we were staying at the tail end of the year, however, I have been in similar units at the same time of year and the carpets have looked great. The biggest issue I think I had was the dishes. Every dish we pulled out, had to be washed prior to us using it. This became annoying....you charge $124.95 for cleaning, I would suggest you make sure that the dishes are clean as well as the rest of the unit. Further, we put in a request for the heater in the bathroom not working, it took a day and a half for someone to come. Our stay was only three days. I was told that someone would be right down the day we arrived.....not so. The unit for the most part was great for location and its atmosphere, however, I feel things could be managed better. ##### Dave B.
