Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We were not notified that the parking lot was being redone. So direct access to lifts were unavailable. We chose that area due to the proximity to the lifts. Overall the walk to the lifts was longer than expected, but doable. Communication with the property management, Vacasa, was awful. We notified them within an hour after checkout that we left a hair straightener. They said they would go retrieve it and mail it to us. The cost was $25.00\. After repeated attempts to get a status update, we were told the hair straightener was not found. Disappointed with the follow through of the stated forgotten item policy in the checkout process. The unit is updated, with two great walk-in showers and everything is new.
