This two story (plus loft) mountain home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping 8 across 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a twin daybed with a trundle. It features vaulted ceilings and huge windows perfect for taking in the breathtaking mountain views and allowing for tons of natural light. There is both a second story balcony and a back deck with outdoor seating. This vacation rental has tasteful finishes throughout. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood flooring. Plus all three bathrooms are updated. There is also a private garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements. You also get access to the Cabins in the Pines shared amenities including two hot tubs and outdoor seating just steps from your front door. With beautiful decor and wood throughout, you truly get the feel of a mountain home. When you enter the unit you will find yourself in the “mud area” which features a closet, bench, and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main level where you will find the open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The living area features a gas fireplace, mounted 4k smart TV and ample seating. Large windows allow for natural light to stream in and the sliding door leads out to the private balcony. On the balcony, you're treated to outdoor seating and panoramic mountain views. There is also additional outdoor seating on the back deck which can be accessed via the sliding door past the dining area. The updated full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. The dining area seats eight and there is seating for three more at the breakfast bar. The main floor guest bathroom is just off the living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Above the kitchen you will find the ladder accessed loft area which offers a twin daybed with a trundle and a mounted 4k smart TV. This area makes for the perfect hangout for the little ones! Head back down stairs and you will find the private full sized laundry on your right in the hallway closet. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided. The primary bedroom is straight ahead at the end of the lower level hallway. It features a King sized bed, set with plenty of storage, mounted 4k smart TV and en suite bathroom. The updated bathroom has a walk-in shower with tile surround and a granite countertop vanity. The first guest bedroom is just across the hall and features a queen-sized bed, window and closet. The second guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. The guest bathroom on this level has a single sink, granite countertop vanity and a shower/tub combination. \*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. The hot tub key was not in the condo when we arrived, they were good about communication but by day 4 they had to clean it and then we realized you can unlock the gate and go in. Wish someone would have shared that with us. With that being said, we only had 1 day to enjoy the hot tub which is one of the reasons I booked it being a ski vacation. Reviewer Comments: This was a great vrbo. New, clean, and spacious - a very nice place. Be aware there are stairs to climb to the entrance, as well as two sets of stairs inside. There were three of us and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was amazing. We arrived early and requested an early check in by an hour. Management company was very responsive after the door code would not work and it was resolved quickly. Just know there is a $15 early check in charge for every hour before 4:30, which seems excessive considering the other fees we paid. The location is between Keystone and Dillon so not a problem getting anywhere. We hit peak leaf peeping season and it was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this location. ##### Ann H. Reviewer Comments: House was great. Clean. As described. Rental company was good. What is left out of a lot of ski rental descriptions is how you get to the slopes. This house is about a 150 yard walk to the shuttle stop. None of the shuttles were even close to on time. Sometime waiting 30 min. All the shuttles were completely full. Standing room only. Waited just as long to get back to the house. Met a guy that said day prior to us getting there, shuttle was not even running, he had to call. Obviously out of the control of the owners and rental company, but unfortunately was our experience.
