Welcome to your alpine sanctuary in The Alcove at River Run Village, where contemporary elegance meets mountain charm. This brand-new luxury townhome offers an exceptional Keystone experience, just a one-minute walk from the gondola. With panoramic mountain views, refined design, and access to resort-style amenities, this home is the perfect balance of sophistication and comfort.

A Spacious, Elegant Escape

Spread across three beautifully designed levels, this home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests — ideal for families, couples, or groups seeking both privacy and shared spaces to gather and unwind.

Top Level – Living, Dining & Kitchen

The top floor is an entertainer’s dream, featuring a bright, open-concept living area with plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV for cosy evenings in. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, ample counter space, and a large dining table for eight, plus seating for four at the kitchen island. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner alfresco at the outdoor table for four, all while soaking in the breathtaking gondola and mountain views. A convenient half bath completes this level.

Main Level – Two King Suites & Lounge

Retreat to the main level, where two luxurious king suites promise restful nights and hotel-quality comfort. The primary suite features a gas fireplace, a dedicated workspace, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest suite includes its own private bath with a modern shower, a private balcony with seating for 2 and an additional workspace. A second living area with a large wraparound couch with a full size sleeper sofa and smart TV offers an inviting space for film nights or relaxed lounging.

Lower Level – Bunk Room & Garage

On the lower level, guests will find a queen-over-queen bunk room — perfect for kids or additional guests — with a nearby full bath featuring a tub/shower combo. This level also provides direct access to the two-car private garage, complete with ski and gear storage for your mountain adventures. There is also a full size washing machine available for guest use.

Resort Amenities at Dakota Lodge

As a guest, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to Dakota Lodge, one of River Run Village’s premier amenity centers. Take a dip in the largest outdoor heated pool in the village, unwind in one of the two oversized hot tubs overlooking the slopes, or rejuvenate in the indoor dry sauna.
