This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4, with a queen bed and a new queen-size sofa bed. It features a private patio with ski slope views. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs. The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for storage of vacation gear. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a new queen sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets can be found in a closet. The new recliner is perfect for those wanting to curl up with a book in front of the fire. The private patio is just off of the living area and offers convenient access to walk to the high-speed gondola. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV with DVD player. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Everything you needed was in the kitchen; utensils, pots/pans, dishes, basic spices. The only thing missing we would recommend is a meat thermometer. There was a candy thermometer which I thought was odd. Location to the gondola was perfect! A very short walk. The room photos need to be updated because you don't get a view of the slope...you get a view of a mega condo being built in front. On that note they start construction services at 745am every day....don't expect to sleep in. The pool was also closed. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third year in a row I have stayed in Red Hawk 2213\. And as always, it was perfect. I love that the room is on the main floor, and near the elevator. Easy to unload the care in the underground heated garage and enter my room. It is so cozy with the fireplace, a very comfortable bed and a kitchen so well stocked you hardly need to bring anything. If there is an issue, (I had one small issue with the fireplace) it was taken care of immediately. The communication prior to my arrival was perfect. I received several emails from Vacation Rentals, that when I arrived I walking into the lobby and opened a mailbox and got the key. Just so easy. I cannot say enough except there must be a reason this was my third year in a row!!! The location is perfect. So close to restaurants and to other resorts.
