The pool, hot tub, and community spaces were well maintained, although the sauna stopped working on our 2nd night and was never fixed, despite my call to the property manager about it. The drapes in the living space, and in the main bedroom were in-operable and need to be fixed or replaced. Kitchen was well stocked, and had everything we needed.
