This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The balcony overlooks the hot tubs, so it's easy to see when they're empty. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, so you have the convenience of seeing when it's your turn to soak those muscles after a long day of outdoor adventures. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. An older model condo located one floor above the courtyard where the hot tubs are located so be prepared to hear kids and adults in the area most of the afternoon into late evening. Kitchen has decent quality pots, but pans are old, scratched Teflon coated. (wouldn't recommend using). Condo was clean and in good shape on arrival.Not a lot of closet/storage space, however manageable for two people for one week. Ski lockers are conveniently located on the first floor.Overall, the best feature is the proximity to the River Run Gondola and village shops and restaurants. ##### jessica e.
