This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 across a king bed and queen bed. It features high-end finishes throughout including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in showers, and a jetted tub in the primary bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of private laundry. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Lone Eagle is a true ski-in/ski-out complex that offers shared amenities including a pool and hot tub. The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a beautiful gas fireplace with stone surround, a flat screen TV, and access to the balcony. The owner has provided a selection of DVDs, book and games for your enjoyment. The private balcony is just off the living area and features beautiful treed views and overlooks a small run, Ina's Way. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is just off of the main living area and has a pedestal sink and a spacious walk-in shower with a bench and two shower heads. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private washer and dryer and detergent has been provided for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and treed views from the window. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and a jetted tub. Condo was perfect size for our party of two, each with a bedroom. Jacuzzi tub was a nice way to relax, loved the stone fireplace and especially the beautiful view of the trees from all rooms and the private balcony. Overall, it was very peaceful and quiet. We had a small issue which was addressed by maintenance immediately. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. Communication with property management was excellent. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Lone Eagle Condominiums, 280 Trailhead Drive, Unit 3020, in mid-September 2024\. The Condo was fantastic: clean and in good condition. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The combined kitchen, eating area and sitting area were spacious enough for cooking, eating, and relaxing. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could need. The fireplace added to the ambiance. On top of that, there was a very nice balcony that looked directly into the trees which provided a really nice place to have our morning coffee and evening wine. From our balcony, we could only see one other building and that was off to the side. The facility itself is very well maintained and we had the opportunity to use the hot tub, pool, and the outdoor deck with a fire pit. All we can say is WOW!! What a great place! We hope to have the opportunity to stay another time. Highly Recommended!! ##### Shawn C. Reviewer Comments: The unit was neat and tidy, well equipped, towels were abundant, and overall very comfortable stay. True ski in out made it breeze to go skiing and also come back for lunch breaks and avoid the crowd at the lodge.A few updates that could help.1\. New digital thermostat. Current thermostat does not allow for much temperature control.2\. Bigger pot. Could not find big pot to boil a box of pasta.3\.
