Communication with property management was superb. I had several questions upon arrival and they were very responsive.The unit is very basic. A few minor repairs and i would rate the condo higher. The stove range is missing a few knobs and the refrigerator drawers were broken. A simple paint job would spruce up the place. The heater was only adequate, very old unit. Thank goodness for the fireplace! There is no overhead lighting in the bedroom, either brighter lamps or a window shade that actually opens is necessary. The hot tub and sauna were conveniently located- perhaps mention that no towels or robes are provided in unit. Also, minor additions like wine glasses and Kleenex would go a long way!! I was shocked that in a mountain town/high elevation and dry air no other tissue products besides toilet paper was provided. The location is excellent. HOWEVER, this property is about 2 years overdue for a refresh. It’s in below average condition: lumpy bed and pillows, tattered linens, tired sofa with a hole in the arm. The cleaning and maintenance were sub-par, with moldy bathroom vent, many inoperable lights and broken window shade and no screens on the windows. Vacasa instructions and communications were very good. If this place updates + upgrades, I would recommend. The communication with the property management company was very good.The property is about 2 years overdue for refurbishment. The bed is old and droops in the middle, the pillows are lumpy and tired, there is a tear in the couch and only some of the lightbulbs were working. The carpet should be replaced. The place was only given a cursory cleaning (there was dust on the shelves and baseboards and mold on the bathroom vent). The location is pretty good, right in the middle of the village and a short walk to the Riverrun Gondola. The kitchen has a nice complement of dinner ware and cookware although the salt & pepper ran out. The room was very cozy but it can get cold sometimes and I was unable to turn on the fireplace for additional heat. Otherwise it was a great place to spend my week in Keystone and Summit County ##### Dino L. The bed was hard and uncomfortable so I tried to use the pull out couch in which I found a pair of boys shorts inside as well as the bed itself falling apart. Very old, and honestly, gross. Needless to say I did not sleep on that either. Definitely needs updating! The cushions on the couch have major holes in it as well. ##### Celeste E. Place was generally as advertised. Not the nicest but nice for the price and VERY convenient. Only issue we had to needing to park an extra car in the Keystone North Parking Lot. The instructions said that we could do so when registering the car with the contact number provided. However, this contact number a) was not available when we arrived at 11PM and b) did not connect to a live person. We called the property manager and they said they could not help. We were issued a 200 ticket for parking in the North Parking lot (later rescinded after we explained the situation but with no help from the property manager despite the faulty instructions). This was even more frustrating when we found that there were two parking passes in the place even though the instructions noted that we could only park one car in the garage. ##### Jeff B. The cons about the unit - fireplace doesn't work (we called and asked them to fix it and they said we needed a key which we didn't have), the window shade in the bedroom is broken (stuck down - better than being stuck up!), the bed/pillows are not very comfortable, and the furniture is dated. The awful check-in process – we arrived at 415pm to check in and could not get the lock box to open with the code provided. We called the 1-800 number and they couldn’t verify the code to use and said they would send someone to help us ASAP (no time committed). We checked through the emails and texts again and found another code for the lockbox, we tried, and it worked to open the lockbox EXCEPT the lockbox was empty – no keys! We called the 1-800 number again, no answer after 20 minutes. We called the 1-800 number again and got connected with someone, we explained the situation and got disconnected mid-way through the call with no call back. We called a 4th time and got connected with someone who said this was the first document of the complaint. They said they would send someone ASAP but no time was committed. Finally, 2 hours and 45 minutes after our initial attempt we got into the building. In addition to the issues getting into the building we also were not able to find the parking pass in the unit that was required to park in the garage (normally this is placed in plain sight with other key items). We called the 1-800 number and were told to look on the kitchen counter (obvious) and inside the ski locker (not sure why it would be there but it wasn’t). It was 10pm when we called and they said there was nothing they could do about it at that time but they would come ASAP. They never followed up. ##### Brian F.
