This condo is located in the middle of all kinds of outdoor activities and centrally located on one of the best spots in the Summit. The condos South orientated patio offers a free view over wetlands and the mountains. Enjoy, relax and smell the wood burn fireplace! A cozy condo that feels like home. License no BCA-79775.

The interior. The kitchen is beyond standard fully furnished, a separate dining area and living room plus a wood burn fireplace. Available beds: 1 king bed & twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. And 2 bathrooms. BBQ, wood and relaxing chairs available on the deck/patio.

Keystone located in the Summit: ski season in Keystone from November till April. Enjoy the famous powder conditions, wide variety of slopes, go out skiing in a pine trees environment, 21 lifts, 121 trails and experience the snowboard terrain park. Only on a 8 a 10 minutes walking distance from the condo! For fanatical skiers live life to the full and go out for night skiing! For ski and snowboard equipment Christie's is on walking distance!

Four more mountains for skiing on a 20 minutes drive. Keystone is centrally located in the Summit: from Keystone it’s a very short drive to Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Loveland. Vail is within driving distance too, a 40 minutes drive.

Experience the multi-biking possibilities. Are you into the downhill biking or more looking for scenery, fresh air and thrills without the strenuous exertion or more a cross country biker. It's all here in the Summit! In all levels of ability & interest: paved bike paths, in the woods, along mountain stream, into the historic towns, off-road, family tours, professional, etc. Don't forget to bring your camera!

Wildflower hikes from April till the end of August. Enjoy the trails and discover the mountain flora, lakes, waterfalls, high peaks, historical sites and great views. Read the guides in the condo and pick out your trail!

4-Wheel trails and back-roads. Challenge the muddy roads, creeks and cross peaks. Drive over rocks, visit ghost towns and enjoy the declines & steep climbs.

More outdoor activities ....: Use the quad bikes for an ultimate skill experience. Read the guides in the condo and pick out your trail!

Use the free public transportation!
The Keystone Ride around the resort. The Brown route stops every 20 minutes by the Keystone Inn (110 yards from the condo). This bus services Lakeside Village (Ice Rink) and River Run base area (Ski Gondola). The Green route runs continuously between River Run base area and the Mountain House base area (the other area for ski access).

And the Summit County's free transportation system. The Summit Stage picks up at Keystone Resort frequently to take you into Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge and up to Arapahoe Basin.

Ultimate relaxation: Restaurants, shops, the locals and relaxation chairs makes River Run pleasant. Only on a 8 minutes walking distance! Rest and enjoy the views from the condos deck/patio. Finish your day using the condo BBQ!

Great Spot

Great Keystone location and view

The condo was very convenient to Mountain House base. You could walk or drive. The view from the balcony was wonderful. We would definitely stay again,

Great location, comfortable space

We stayed to ski, and it was a quick walk to the mountain. Comfortable couches, well stocked kitchen. Had everything you need. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountain over morning coffee. 3 adults stayed here very comfortably.

Girls trip

We came to scout out the place my daughter is having her wedding next year. The condo is located about 15 mins from the venue so it was perfect. Directions given to find the property are easy to follow. The view was beautiful, loved sitting out on the patio. Cozy place to stay.

Perfect condo

We had a great time staying here, 2 bedroom abs 2 full bathrooms perfect for two couples. The location was great and having the ski locker was super helpful. One of the best stocked kitchens as far as equipment I’ve ever stayed at for sure and when we had a problem with the coffee maker and contacted property management they replaced it within 2 hours we were shocked and so pleased! Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

This little condo was perfect for our family of 4. Walkable to the mountain, enough space for us to spread out and be comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the view out the balcony was fabulous, and loved that there were some pantry staples available. Only suggestion for improvement might be some brighter/ additional lighting in the kitchen area… but certainly would not keep us from renting here again.

Keystone Condo

A nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, even a grill on the balcony. Our balcony overlooks the mountains, a ten minute walk gets you to the Peru lift. We had absolutely no issues during our stay, so no communication was needed with the owner or property manager.

Perfection

Loved this place. Very well kept, amazing view every morning. Walking distance to every place we wanted to visit. Had some trouble at the beginning finding the correct building but customer service was very fast on getting back to us. Will definitely be staying here again if we ever decide to visit Colorado again.

lovely Keystone ski condo

We had a lovely stay. The property was clean and well stocked. Ski locker had plenty of space. Location made it so walking to the mountain while wearing ski boots was faster than using the bus system. Plenty of room to park our vehicle. Beds were comfortable. Dining space for 6 at the table and two at the counter. We had family over for a communal meal & board games. The condo comfortably held the 10 of us for the afternoon/evening gathering. Condo was well heated/insulated as we only needed to set thermostat to 64 degrees to be comfortable. Much higher and we were too hot. We did find a section of damaged trim upon arrival and messaged a picture to the property manager. We received a prompt reply that they would be repairing between guests. It definitely didn't affect our stay, but was reassuring to get an immediate response. All in all, we had a terrific stay and would sign up for another visit.

The place was a nice place that worked good for our family. It is a little dated but fully function, had a nice washer/dryer which was great for the middle of our family trip, and and was decently outfitted with supplies, kitchen, and bathrooms. The management was also quick to fix a maintenance issue which came up.

Great location and view of the slopes.

Deck overlooks the slopes, quick access to the shuttle. We enjoyed the stay. Only issue was our door lock code expired an hour earlier than checkout while we were still loading up, so we had to call to get a temp door code.

Great stay and close to Mountain House

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 4 and a close walk to Mountain House and several restaurants. Will definitely look to stay here again.
