This luxury condo features hardwood flooring, a stacked stone gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, and a balcony with mountain views. Clearwater Lofts is a newer complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use. This condo offers a modern feel with brand new furnishings. The entryway offers a bench and additional hooks for hanging items and mats for your shoes. The closet near the entryway holds the private, stackable washer and dryer. You will be welcomed by the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker and a dining area that comfortably seats six. The living room offers cozy furnishings, ample seating, a stacked stone gas fireplace, and a Smart TV with sound bar. The private balcony off of the living room is furnished with chairs, and offers mountain views. Both of the bedrooms are equipped with our Ivory White Bedding. The first bedroom is off of the dining room and features a set of two Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunkbeds, a Smart TV and a dresser. The guest bathroom can be found next door and features quartz countertops and shower/tub combination. The primary suite is located beyond the living room featuring a king-sized bed, Smart TV, dresser, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage. A second surface parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis. Because we visited in July and the condo has no air conditioning, we opened the windows as it got quite hot and stuffy. However, the condo directly faces a very busy street and it was impossible to get a good nights sleep due to noise. Also of note are the window blinds - they are almost a mesh material and do not block any light streaming in at night, so this was also disruptive to sleep. Overall, if this condo's location had been on the opposite side of the complex, we probably would have had a different, more quiet experience. Condo is very well stocked with all necessities, including kitchen - we cooked all our meals and it was fantastic. The highlight of stay - storage unit assigned to condo that fit our 4 bikes and other equipment. One drawback- the unit is gets hot in the summer, the ceiling fans in secondary bedroom and living room had only one slow speed, with no way to adjust. Master bedroom ceiling fan though worked great. ##### Елена Г. Having a baby with us, we expected a floor that we would feel comfortable with him crawling and barefoot walking. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rugs in the property. The bath tub where he would bathe had visible mold in the over flow spout. There was soap scum around the drain that I had to clean myself... The recliner (or non-working recliner) had stains all over it. The TV in the master bedroom would restart the cable box every time you turned it on and sometimes wouldn't ever come on, claiming that it had lost connection to the satellites. Since we aren't from a high altitude environment, our skin and sinuses would dry out terribly while sleeping... They had humidifiers available for guest use but only one worked and not well enough to keep a liveable humidity in the master room while we were sleeping... There were also several broken pictures and wall fixtures.... I saw complaints about the road noise before booking and I wish I would've taken it a little more seriously, the highway was right outside the balcony and master windows with semis zooming to Lovelands pass all night, every single night.... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay minus these things. We also didn't stay in the property the entire time which made a difference. ##### Kaylyn L. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 had a wonderful time and enjoyed our summer stay at the Clearwater Lofts. Everything is new, modern, and clean. Everything we needed was there. It is located right on the bike/walking path. We enjoyed the hot tub a few evenings. We walked to restaurants and to paddle boating nearby. The only complaint for this particular unit is that we are from the Midwest, and the unit only cools when the windows are open. Our first night was uncomfortably warm - even with windows open and 3 box fans. 2 of the 3 ceiling fans would not circulate beyond a low level. We did contact maintenance for not being equipped with the controls (wall or remote) to increase the ceiling fan speed, however, it was deemed a low priority and was not addressed during our stay. It took some time to circulate the cool air at the beginning of our stay. ##### Liz T. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we checked in for our stay, we discovered that the glass door to the shower in the primary bathroom was inoperable. Its hinges were out of alignment and it was pushed against the wall tiles in such a way that it could not move at all. We received a text message after checking in, instructing us to text back if there were any issues, which we did, and received no response. As a party of four who had finished a long day of hiking, we began using the one other tub/shower, which was not ideal. However, after one person had showered there, we also discovered that there was no hair dryer available, as there should have been. We located an after-hours number for the management company, but they could not provide a hair dryer until the following day. This made for a long evening for the person with wet hair, as well as those who could not shower at all. The next day, someone did leave a dryer for us - but it is the kind that mounts to a wall, and they did not actually mount it anywhere (they just left it in the box), so it was quite awkward to use. They also adjusted the hinges on the shower door, but it still scrapes the wall tiles (it looks like it was improperly installed). It is likely to shatter at some point, due to the pressure exerted when it moves. More minor, but also worth noting is that the window shades have to be lowered by hand, and when fully raised (as they were at check-in) they are located about eight feet off the floor, so it's impossible to reach them without standing on furniture.
