There is construction taking place of another building (Kindred) nearby the Springs and some Red Hawk Properties during all of 2024 and most likely into 2025\. While we will put every effort into keeping this page up to date, contractors don't always inform us of their schedules. There might be construction noise, blocked off pathways, building materials in the guest view and other issues that come with constructing a building.
