Conveniently located in River Run Village, you can walk to the slopes in a brisk 2 minutes or enjoy the many nearby shops and dining options! When you enter the condo you'll understand what sets this one apart from the rest! The lovely kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and an oversized stone slab countertop, perfect for eating, enjoying a beverage or playing games! There is seating for up to six guests at the bar-counter, and this efficient use of space allows for more room to relax in the living room. Freshly updated living room furniture, a flat screen TV, and a stone-wrapped gas fireplace adorn the living room. Just off the living room is the square facing patio with 2 chairs and views of the nearby slopes. This patio is perfect for sipping hot coco, watching the snow fall and viewing the ice skaters in the rink below! The primary bedroom is complete with a king sized bed and en suite bathroom featuring a dual sink vanity and separate water closet. The guest bedroom features two twin over twin bunk beds. Expedition Station is an amenity rich building. Inside on the the lobby level you’ll find a massive, beautiful stone fireplace setting with cozy seating arrangements. There is an adjacent entertainment alcove with large wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and a handsomely rugged billiards table for all to enjoy. Relax in the year-round outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub just outside the main lobby. Steps down the hall you’ll have key-card access to a plentiful exercise room, with weight and cardio machines, as well as the adjacent steam room. You’ll also have a private ski-locker just steps from the front door of the building, a heated, underground parking garage, and on site laundry facilities. Location is a perfect walking distance to Keystone Village. Condo was small, but comfortable for our family of 4\. Kitchen was very well equipped. Nice outdoor patio. Nice outdoor pool, hot tub and community grill. Parking was convenient and easy though really tight parking spaces. The only downside is the bunk beds were too small for our teenage sons. It's newly remodeled, and it has nice appliances. I wanted to cook some of our meals, so that's partly why we chose it. The cooking tools required were better than some others I've stayed at. The decor is great, the TV and Netflix were great, and the kids LOVED the bunk beds. Overall, we would definitely stay there again! To the owner: The brand new dishwasher was "dead". No power. It was not fixed while we were there. That prevented a 5 star review. Since I had to wash all the dishes, a dish drain would have been great. My other recommendation is this: the bathroom vanity in the "kids' bathroom" is a high bowl. Little kids can't reach it at all. It's pretty, but frustrating. Multiple weekends spent at this lovely, conveniently located condo in River Run, looking right out at the Dercum Square Ice rink... upgraded appliances and plenty of kitchen goods to cook up meals... ski storage great, parking heated, pool & hot tub just for this building and best of all, 2 sets of bunk beds for 4 kiddos! ##### Christine P.
