We have 4 original shareholder transferable ski passes that permit free skiing or boarding at Keystone and Breckenridge and 4 ski passes that permit free skiing or boarding at Arapahoe Basin. Very few accomodations have these amenities. There is a 4-minute drive to the River Run base at Keystone Ski Resort or 30 minutes to the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Arapahoe Basin is just an 18 minute drive for even more skiing and snowboarding opportunities. However, if you prefer not to drive and park, there is a Keystone bus stop one minute from the ront door with service every 20 minutes. There are also Summit Stage busses that provide access to Breckenridge or Arapahoe Basin. Back at the home, you'll find a kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or step outside to the grill for an al fresco dining experience. With 3 bathrooms, towels, basic soaps, and hair dryers, you'll have all the essentials for a comfortable stay. An iron and board are also provided for your convenience. We thought from the photo the pool was located next to the condo/townhome. That was our only disappointment. It wasn't far away but it was further than we expected. It was a very nice pool that was well kept. Would definitely stay again. It was a beautiful location and the owners were wonderful to work with. ##### Teresa M. Stayed 7 nights in Jun 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### Laura S. 15 Apr 2018 #### pictures are accurate, no crib found, 4 ski passes great nice but dated condo, kitchen well stocked with spices &dishes everything but glasses only 4, needs some minor repairs including refrigerator doesn't get cold, nice view end unit easy access to mountain and town. one of the "bedrooms" has a picture window overlooking living room with 2 twin beds no dresser or closet. had enough room in common area to sit and talk around the tables. ski passes were great ##### Laura S. Great location, with lots of scenic views, hiking, biking and water activity options nearby. The place was a great size with plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and had everything that you would expect in a condo rental. Only a few small challenges: hot water ran out quickly (Tank not big enough for all 9 of us to shower without some planned spacing); needs a new toaster; master bedroom door wouldn’t lock when closed. Overall, great place and great experience. We would return for sure! ##### Gregory F. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2020 ### 6/10 Okay #### Kay W. 7 Jun 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in #### Wonderful trip once we were settled in The views are breathtaking, and we found the location very convenient for exploring multiple nearby towns and for taking day trips into Denver. The house is very spacious and the nearby small pool and hot tub were a definite bonus. The owners were responsive but there was a glitch with the reservation. This led to 3 hours of running all over Keystone due to incorrect directions and no available unit on the first day. The second day we had no unit for half the day, got moved back into the first unit, and then about 6:30pm got into the original unit. Multiple repairmen came throughout the week, so I finally asked them to fix anything else after we left. Again, the owners were apologetic, paid for the other unit, and offered an additional night at their unit (but we had to fly out). I think it took them off guard as much as it did us. ##### Kay W.
