Sleeping 14 across 2 queen beds, 6 twin beds, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. This home is only a 11-minute drive to Keystone Resort. Enjoy the ample activities River Run Village has to offer or the Keystone golf courses. The entrance of this home has beautiful stained glass décor and a mud room. Once inside, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and a large window with scenic views await you. The main living room has ample seating, a gas fireplace, hardwood floors, and a SmartTV offering Netflix and Hulu for those staying in. The entire home is spacious with walking room, both in the common areas and bedrooms. The entire home has been renovated with updated hardwood floors, modern furniture, stained glass, and every bathroom has been redone. The kitchen has ample seating with a breakfast bar, seating four, as well as a breakfast table surrounded by wooded views. This kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare home cooked meals. All appliances have been upgraded to stainless steel. Enjoy a meal with the whole family in the additional dining room that seats 10\. The dining area offers views of mountains peaking through the forest. Off of the dining room is a wrap around balcony with ample seating. There is also an extra half bath on the main level. The primary bedroom is located on the main level behind the living room. The primary features a queen bed and vaulted ceilings, providing a spacious feel. Enjoy private access to the wrap-around balcony from the comfort of your bedroom! The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sinks, and granite countertops. The basement features a second living area, patio access, two bedrooms, seating, a sleeper sofa, TV, games and books. The second living room allows guests to spread out while still being together. Guests can enjoy movie or game night in! The lower level primary has a queen bed, a private entrance to the patio, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom in the basement has two twin beds. Next door you will find the full-sized guest bathroom. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub or take in the mountain air from the swinging bench, all from the privacy of the patio. The fourth and fifth bedroom is located upstairs, on the third floor. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds and a private bathroom. The fifth bedroom is a perfect kids room, with two twin bed and a twin-over-full bunkbed, and a wall creating privacy and space. Guests have access to a 2-car garage for ease of mind, an in-house washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for convenience. Guests can relax together with ample seating and the privacy of the Keystone Ranch views. Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. The tv in the living area downstairs didn’t work and none of the deck areas were shoveled which made them a bit hard to use. A few other minor things like a screen door downstairs was broken but the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook for a big group. Hot tub works great! It was an easy self check in, however the cleanliness wasn’t great, upon arriving there were cigarette butts all over the outside of the property by the hot tub along with empty beer cans in the yard. My friend and I got bed bug bites as we slept in the same room upstairs and they have been incredibly uncomfortable since leaving the property. The host was very good in getting back to me, however I was bummed that we didn’t hear back about early check in even with asking about it months and days in advance. The house is just like the pictures however most rooms are twin beds in order to accommodate families, so good to know as we were expecting more full size beds. ##### Chelsea J. The only problem we had is that the refrigerator was not working and some food was spoiled, also there was not enough hot water for bathing, it was only enough for two people and the rest of the 11 people we were there had to bathe with cold water; I can't imagine being there in winter without enough hot water, I think it is a very important detail to consider. Deck was awesome plenty of room for our group of 9\. The only downside was the kitchen amenities. There was a lack of good cookware primarily frying pans. Of the 2 that were at the house, 1 was in poor shape and was no longer non-stick. The other one was stainless steel. For a house meant for lots of people, you probably need larger fry pans that are in good shape. There is also a lack of sharp knives. Overall, though a great time and a good house. ##### Tim B. Reviewer Comments: For the money, we couldn’t have found anywhere that could accommodate as many people. We loved the area, the layout of the house, the gathering areas, and the outdoor deck, patio, and hot tub. The kitchen was probably the best stocked of any vacation rental we’ve stayed in, making cooking meals for a crowd easy and convenient. In my opinion, the property is best suited for 1-2 couples with small children. A large group of adults is going to find the beds leave something to be desired, with most of them being twin beds and all of them lacking a bit in comfort. I would gladly return and even pay more for an upgrade to the sleeping accommodations.Overall, we had a great experience and felt the price was fantastic. Thank you! ##### Brooke M. Reviewer Comments: For a three-night stay in a mountain home that sleeps 14 people, we were given 3 trash bags for the kitchen. I asked the property management company how to get more and they said to come to the office and pick some up. We went to their office, and they gave us one used trash bag and turned us away. We were given misleading information. They refused to rectify the situation and we wasted too much time of our vacation going back and forth with them about something as silly as trash bags. The home did not have basic cleaning supplies for us to maintain kitchen counters, etc. We also noticed trash around the perimeter of the house. Reviewer Comments: The house layout, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms was just right for our extended family of 13\. We had privacy for sleeping and space for living that made the house very comfortable. The updated kitchen and master bath were well done, attractive and functional. However, housekeeping improvements are necessary. Sheets were dirty (found a sock), carpets were dirty, and they didn't notice a huge piece of the dishwasher was not attached. We've stayed in dozens of short term rentals and never experienced "dirty" like this. Even the puzzles and games we opened had hair and food crumbs. Homeowner needs to replace the twin beds and bedding. Good location with easy access to Mountain House base, but we wouldn't consider coming back without a cleaning overhaul and furniture improvements. ##### Susan M. ### 2/10 Terrible #### Karl I. 24 Mar 2025 Liked: Check-in Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy #### Pictures are not worth a thousand words We arrived at the property for a 5-day ski vacation for spring break. From the pictures of the listing, it looks like a very clean large home close to the keystone resort. The check in process was fine, no issues. But as we entered the house, we immediately were taken away by the smell of cigarettes and mold/musky odor. The house is large, but it is extremely outdated and far from clean. Carpets are brown from being dirty, cobwebs and dirt and hair was found everywhere throughout the house. The baseboard heating worked in some rooms, but not in others so for a night in Colorado as temps drop a few of party froze every night. The bed linens and comforters stunk and were old and musky, we went to target and purchased new blankets as we did not want to sleep under the ones provided. The driveway was full of snow and 9 inches of ice and was very hard to navigate unloading luggage and loading up for the day. Garage was dirty and small; garage doors were finicky and broken glass and trash were left on the floor. First time I have ever been catfished on a property, and I have been using VRBO for 7-10 years. We contacted the property management and asked for at least a 50% refund and then stay at a hotel it was that bad. But they only responded by saying they could have someone come out and look at the discrepancies and install air purifiers. Never again, look at the reviews and not the pictures solely. This was a nice house 30 years ago, overpriced and not worth it. ##### Karl I.
