Located at the entrance to the River Run Village base area in Keystone. Lots of restaurants, shops, and other activities nearby. Unit has 8 separate beds: King, 2 Queens, Double, 4 Twins, plus 2 Queen fold outs, and 6' long portable twin futon (can be put in any room). Extra bedding is provided for the queen fold outs and twin futon. 3 flat screen TV's, washer/dryer, and full kitchen with all major appliances. Close enough to the hill that older kids could walk to the hill, but the location is far enough away from the hill to make it hard with younger kids. The photos in the listing are misleading. There is not a lot of living space compared to the number of bed rooms. In the photos the dining table has been pushed out of the way (and there is a different dining table now) to make the space feel bigger. The space overall seems to have been redecorated since the photos were taken. There is no couch upstairs in the loft area, different beds / bed arrangements, etc. We had a great time. It was exactly as described, including all the reviews. Clean organized. Short shuttle to ski at Keystone. There are t a Tempurpedic type mattress. So if you like one that forms to you, this is the place for you! Also there are fans in the upstairs closets, to keep air circulating. Overall very pleased for our family vacation! ##### Alee H. Need to upgrade mattresses.The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, there were particles of food on the floor and carpet areas in particular.Dresser drawers did not work well and one of the bed side rails was broken. Finally the Black Christmas tree was odd and not the right feel for such a nice setting ##### Jon L. It’s within a few hours of RMNP, Denver and Aspen. Nearby to Breckenridge, Vail, etc. The unit was clean, well-stocked and spacious. Only suggestions would be a few nightlights (for some ambient light for bathroom trips at night), updated “non-stick frying pans” and screen slider, from master bedroom to porch, needs repair (all very minor issues). Overall, our stay was wonderful! We had no need to call the property manager because everything was very clearly outlined with detailed instructions. Highly recommend this property, and the Keystone area, if you’re planning a trip to Colorado. ##### Scott M. Super convenient to skiing at keystone. We took the shuttle that picked up right outside the building. Lovely view of the ski run from the family room. Plenty of space throughout.
