"The hotel was empty and they put me in a room directly above construction. They were fully aware. They could have made the experience much better. The room was dated, the refrigerator was so loud I had to disconnect it. Just plain shabby and not at all what I expected. Waste of money"

"We chose this hotel mainly because we were visiting Georgetown Loop Railroad the next day, and the location was very convenient. It was only about a five-minute drive away, which made our trip much easier. There were not many dining options nearby, but the lake next to the property was beautiful. ..."

"Jacuzzi opens at noon and checkout is at 12 AM, so the likelihood of being able to use the Jacuzzi on a one-night stay is very low. Other than that the staff were helpful and the condition of the hotel was very good value."

"It was clean and well appointed, it just needs some updating. The bathroom door was a sliding door that either didn’t close at all or got stuck, trapping you in there. Cracked baseboards that took away from the quality of the experience. Overall 4/5"
