"We were never informed that its "seaweed" season in July in Key West. We booked a basic room but we asked for pay for an upgrade to the Oceanview room with a balcony when we checked-in. Little did we know, none of the seaweed was cleaned for weeks and the stench coming from their beach was revolting. ..."
