There was a different person at the concierge desk every day, it was nice to get different opinions from them. The front desk crew were always smiling, and making sure we got our cookies! Yummy! We were very fortunate to have your restaurant server, Wu Yan on our last night before heading home. Very nice. He is an asset to your organization. And the shrimp Alfredo was the creamiest. One of the best I’ve ever had. Had the breakfast buffet only on one day. There was a nice selection. Our room was very comfortable, the beds were wonderful. Liked having the bench and table. It came in very handy. Loved having the coffee pot in the room, and it made a good cup of coffee. My only complaint is the lights in-between the beds. They were nice enough to look at, but I like to read in bed at night and my partner wants to sleep. The lighting was terrible for reading. The shuttle was a wonderful addition! Knowing that we didn’t have to worry about getting back-and-forth from downtown, or the airport was a great relief. We’re already talking about when we couldn’t come back." However, the location right on the main road does not lend itself to a peaceful stay. My balcony was very close to the road and right above the parking lot. In addition, there were ghost ants in the kitchen screwing around every time we turned on the lights. More attention needs to be given to dishware – many pieces appeared to be quickly wiped down, not fully clean. More attention to quality control would be good. Given these drawbacks, rates were extremely overpriced for the experience. Covered parking was a plus, and front desk staff were very welcoming."
