"great variety on the menus. we enjoyed our stay. My only negative comment is related to the loud conversations of our neighbors on the balcony two days and also a couple were sitting by the fire pits while they were on a phone call that they put on speaker. These incidents made our time relaxing on the balcony less enjoyable."

"Room was tiny , dirty floors, broken ceiling fan, no elevators working all stay, front desk never answerred phone. A Motel 6 at Hyatt priced . RUN , "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Our room was a good size however there were some stains in the carpet and once we had to ask for washcloths that housekeeping forget to replace. although when we reach out to get more they brought them up to us The water pressure in the shower was weak. At times we had to go look for towels at the pool and the service at the pool was hit or miss for those reasons we give 4 stars vs 5 stars. The shuttle to downtown Key West was great and the drivers were fantastic! "

The yard area was nice a fenced in for a dog to hang out in and the dock area with the chairs was a great place to catch some sun. The property was well maintained and clean upon check in. It is close enough to downtown key west to enjoy, but not in the center of the craziness. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful time. Our dog was particularly interested in any roaming roosters. Since we could not get our dog interested in riding in my kayak on the mangrove trail off the Riviera Canal, we made use of the house's water access and paddled over to the large mangrove islands and found trails there. The house was very comfortable (in cooler and hotter weather, both occurred during our stay) and we made full use of the gas grill, cooking out for 4 nights. It has been the best cooking gas grill for any house we have rented over the years. My husband commented on how clean the house was (that was a first), so kudos to the cleaners! We also appreciated that the parking spot was under the house and therefore in the shade (we have a Subaru Crosstrek)."
