House was clean and well stocked, we brought a few things that were here (laundry detergent, coffee filters, wine opener). Only minor complaint was that WiFi was fairly inconsistent and dropped us off a lot, not a huge deal since we weren’t here to work but was a minor annoyance. We really loved this house and would book it again. We vacationed in November and I do wish we had requested to heat the pool (but I forgot) so we never swam, but pool/backyard ambiance was beautiful. We walked everywhere. Great location, just a few blocks away from the action. House had everything we needed - glassware, ice maker, full kitchen. Very responsive team at Avant Stay as well. My only observation is that the property needs some minor upgrades. For example, the main bedroom door doesn’t close well and some of the blinds are quite dated and in need of repair.
