The comfortable design and luxurious amenities are second to none in Key West and are sure to make your stay, a memorable one. Near the elevator and upon entering this two-bedroom one-bathroom suite via our secure electronic lock system, one will first notice the high-end interior design the vacation home has to offer. This two-bedroom condo has been delicately crafted with high end furnishings, detailed moldings, and modern amenities. Plush couches with strategic accent pillows, a combination of single king and double-twin bedroom options, coupled with luxurious sheets along with a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine. This vacation home offers the most necessary amenity for a stay in the Florida Keys, a private and rather large, covered porch. Like a local, take a seat and lean back on your private porch to enjoy your morning coffee or take an afternoon break to read your favorite book. In Sunset South, guests can find their view of nearby neighborhood and natural foliage of the “Meadows”, a local term for the surrounding area. Away from the heart, yet close and easy to get there. Water way Right behind the property and pool right there as well. Very clean, every dish needed, everything worked, beds slept good, easy check in and check out. They get a thumbs up from me. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cozy and comfortable place for 4\. We knew it would be tight quarters so we were prepared. We enjoyed walking out to the docks or taking advantage of the upper level floor to watch the sun rise. The location is central to the store and downtown. We rented mopeds to get around town. The living room didn't really have enough comfortable seating but we made it work. The bedrooms are roomier than the pictures show, thank goodness. The balcony overlooks the parking lot on the side, but it was never an issue. We sat out there often. The complex was quiet. We weren't bothered at all by any outside lights while sleeping and we couldn't hear the elevator either, as mentioned in some reviews. Management company always responded promptly with any questions we had. Elevator didn’t work the entire time, there were holes in the pillows on the couch, a hole in the wall with wires hanging out, no curtains in the entire place with outside lights beaming in, no closets in either bedroom and the water view is 1/2 blocked by trees upstairs. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Bayfront Suites. The location was perfect, being off the main Duval St. area by approx. a mile easy to walk, bike or uber everywhere. The unit was clean, had great kitchen appliances and utensils with new furnishings. As others have mentioned the only thing missing that would be an easy fix is hooks/small closest space. The unit's outdoor deck was perfect as was the upper shared deck and pool and nice that it is on Bay. The manager was so responsive, knowledgeable and fun to talk to! I would highly recommend to anyone that doesn't want to be right in the midst of the action, but close enough to walk. Also, the neighborhood has many walkable off the beaten path restaurants and charters right on the bay. ##### Gayle M. Let us store our luggage for free at their site because 10 am check was too early for our flight which I should’ve scheduled a later check out so not the owners fault. Sunshine rentals also let us keep our scooters for extra 4 hours with no charge. They also gave us a free ride to the airport. Smokey’s BBQ right down the street “Excellent” Duval street close. Seven Fishes delicious (a little expensive.” All the food was great, drinks awesome, time here “Priceless” Condo was clean with all the amenities you need. Right on the Marina and enjoyed late night drink outside on the lounge chairs looking at the bridge. Quiet and Safe neighborhood. 5-Star rating for sure and the owner allowed us an early check in which was really nice Bc we came from the snow and it was hot. Our son and his girlfriend had a fabulous time as well. Would definitely Steph rent this condo again! The Dutra’s ##### Sandra D. Marina offers a serene backdrop and Mac's is a good place for drinks/apps.Not being familiar with the Keys, we looked at things to do. Old Town was mentioned often. "Old Town Rentals" felt misleading, it's not in that area. The convenience to dining, etc. was disappointing. Parking is a challenge and the "bikes available" were rentals (14/day). We walked 6 miles when we went to town. Distance kept us from going as often as initially planned.VRBOs typically are more service-oriented. We sent two messages, one that we'd be arriving late and the other about an issue with the trash, we had no reply to our messages. All correspondence came as automated replies. Hosts often have a binder with restaurants, suggestions, etc. Here, we found a note to ask Alexa; wasn't helpful. The units are newer, but the interior quality felt low-budget. Floors are separating, there's no insulation in the walls, you hear EVERYTHING. The beds made a ton of noise, making it hard to sleep. Towel bar was pulled from the wall, there are no closets, only a small pole with 3 hangars, toilet seat was falling off, ran out of TP, dead bugs on bedroom floors, very limited kitchen supplies, no blinds in living area. Overall, felt we overpaid for what we got. We didn't get what was expected in quality or location. I think there are better values in this price range. ##### Kristin H. It needed improvement with functionality: no closets, dresser, or mirror in the second bedroom of this one bathroom unit. No closet, but one dresser in the one bedroom, also with no mirror. No blinds in the kitchen/tv area so at 4:00 the sun is too bright to sit in there. The mattress was comfortable but on a squeaky frame. There was one mirror in the bathroom but with none in the bedrooms it was difficult for two people to get ready at the same time. More hooks would have been helpful for hanging things up. Generally speaking the place is too small for 4 people regardless (see square footage and don’t be fooled by the pictures) but with furniture placement/redesign, it would have been more comfortable/less squished with sofa too close to the wall it faces. The place was beautiful, very clean (including the floors!) and in a quiet, nice and easily accessible area to Key West. Bikes were great for getting around. The waterfront and pool were very nice, but this unit faces parking lot (no water view). Staff was very responsive. We expected a small unit to be designed to be more functional for 2 people for the price. We would go back again if things were made more comfortable/convenient. These touches were all shared directly with staff. All the other units are much larger than this particular unit, but this unit could be made really nice for two people without too much effort and expense on the part of the owners. ##### Lois B.
