This charming 2BR/2BA rental is located in the Historic Seaport District offering off-street parking and a prime location. Nearly 100 years old, the interior features original Dade County Pine walls, high ceilings, and French doors leading to the rear patio. Relax on the front porch and enjoy the quiet lane. Full bathrooms and a bedroom on each floor. Perfect for a serene and convenient stay in old town Key West!  
  
Welcome to our wonderful vacation rental, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath single-family home located on a quiet lane in the desirable Historic Seaport District of Old Town Key West. This home offers the perfect balance of vibrant nightlife and quaint historical charm, making it an ideal getaway.  
  
Historic Elegance and Modern Comfort:  
  
This nearly 100-year-old home is filled with character and features original Dade County Pine on the walls and some of the flooring, giving you an authentic Key West experience.  
  
Enjoy the high ceilings with exposed beams and French doors that open to a shaded patio—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails under the stars. The main floor living area has a full kitchen, outdoor dining area, laundry, and open area living room with a sleeper sofa for overflow guests.  
  
The main floor bedroom is bright and airy and features a queen bed, closet and smart TV.  
  
The beautiful downstairs bathroom is newly renovated with a large open shower.  
  
This home boasts original floating wooden stairs leading to the second-floor ensuite bedroom. The primary suite includes a king bed, storage areas, spacious lounging or office area, and tv. The ensuite bathroom has a classic clawfoot tub and was updated with an attached shower.  
  
Relax on the front porch and enjoy the tranquility of being tucked away on a private lane.  
  
Benefit from the convenience of off-street parking with a designated parking space.  
  
The home has its own walkway leading directly to Eaton Street, just steps away from the famous Old Town Bakery.

Fantastic property! Everything we needed for our stay and more. Location is fabulous on a quiet lane. Parking spot by the house was an exceptional bonus and there were plenty of other free parking spots close by which was great because we walked or biked everywhere once we got there. Great communication with property manager. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
