  • This wonderful 2 bedroom downstairs unit is owner's second home and has just been beautifully and professionally decorated. Fresh paint throughout, all new hardwood flooring, new kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and brand new designer furnishings make this a home away from home. A large rear courtyard with a wood sun deck and outdoor grill is perfect for entertaining. Located in the heart of old town Key West, Truman Annex is a gated community of private homes and condominiums. There is an inviting heated swimming pool on premises.

    All dining, shopping, and night life are within walking distance from your door. One of the highest-rated national park and beach area in America is just a short walk away. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a studio couch in the living room. This unit is fully equipped for long, enjoyable stays. All you need is your clothes and toothbrush. Life is good in the Keys!

This condo was ideally located. Very clean and well equipped. Nicely decorated and remodeled. Truman Annex is quiet and safe yet only a few minutes walk from all the action on Duval St. Our hosts thought of everything, making it easy to access the place, park, and enjoy the community amenities. Our communication with Jim was outstanding and he reached out ahead of trip to make sure we had everything we needed.

Just a few blocks from Mallory Square and Duval Street, this is a great condo for seeing all that Key West has by foot. Great pool are to cool off and bike able to the beach. Would definitely recommend!!

This property was in the heart of Key West. Convenient to the waterfront, Duvall Street, Fort Zachary and many more wonderful locations. The outdoor patio was a plus from having coffee in the morning to having dinner, reading a book or just relaxing. The weather was perfect and the condo was perfectly located and satisfied all of our needs while we were there. My wife and I stayed here and loved everything about the condo. The owners are kind, responsive and have equipped with condo with everything you need. Ideal location with welcoming owners

The property owners reached our twice before our trip to answer any questions and share recommendations on their favorite restaurants, activities and attractions to help make sure we had an amazing trip. The condo is located close to Duvall street to be walking distance to most attractions but just far enough away to allow a buffer from the late night noise. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

A great week in Key West

The place is amazing !! The amenities were great and the bathroom brand new. AC kept us cool all week. Has a back deck to sit and relax as well. Enjoyed the proximity to downtown Duval street and the pier that we could walk to. We have made several trips over the years to KW and this was by far the nicest. Hope that it will be avilable the next time we go.

This was our first sisters trip and we loved every minute of it. Our condo was above expectations!!! Perfect location, so quaint and our hosts were fabulous!!! All the 10's for this property are well-deserved

The condo is as pictured and is clean and well-stocked. We loved spending time on the patio and at the pool. Jim is the perfect host, personable and responsive, and he provided many suggestions and recommendations that enhanced our visit. The location is great, we could walk to most things, but also rode the free Duval Loop bus a few times. We would rent here again in a minute--don't pass this one up!
