Plenty of closet space and dressers for month+ long stays, lots of kitchen gadgets for cooking and drinking needs, extras like beach towels and chairs. The pool is very large for Key West and the yard a gorgeous oasis. The house is so beautifully decorated that my friends and Mom looked for certain items online for their own homes! We were working remotely from the house and the wifi was strong, and the small office in the pool house is excellent workspace. The property manager is very responsive, I was surprised to have a whole new pool heater installed within a week when we confirmed it wasn't working. This house was close enough to the Duval action but far enough away to feel like a neighborhood local. We rented bikes, which put pretty much the whole island in easy reach, but the southernmost point, restaurants, bars, and beaches are within spitting distance. The house comes with some welcome basics, but you will need to stock shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking oils, coffee, etc. The driveway is REALLY tight, we could barely get a 4 person golf cart in, so if you have a car you'll likely need to park in the street. The third bedroom in the pool house is a bit more bare basics with storage, but the two main bedrooms are perfect. We shed a tear leaving after a month in this house.
