We gave this place an overall 3 out of 5 stars. Pros: For us location was a great. We were happy we were not located in the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. The parking downtown is a nightmare. But we aware this condo complex is right next to the airport. The planes are definitely loud but don't fly during sleeping hours. Pool was nice. Late afternoon the sun goes behind the building so no rays. Condo is close to the beaches which we enjoyed. Sunset from the balcony was perfect. AC worked great. Cons: Condo is need of some TLC. The door sticks bad and you have to use your hip to get it open. When we walked in one of the vertical blinds covering the patio doors was laying on the floor. The TVs are not smart televisions and we had issues trying to get them to work. We discovered there was an extra remote that was very confusing. We called the manager who tried to help but really wasn't much use. The kitchen leaves a lot be desired. The stove burners were not level and made cooking very difficult. The pans were poor and cooking utensils were lacking. Beds were hard. There were a lot of people smoking on the balconies and the smell drifted to us so it was hard to enjoy that space . Management asked us to start a load of towels when we checked out but no detergent was provided. Expensive to Uber to Duval street ($50 roundtrip). For the price we paid we honestly expected a lot more. We will not stay here again but would love to go back to Key West. The seafood was AMAZING! ##### Catherine B. My husband and i were there with my parent's for 2 nights and we were all very comfortable. The pool area is very nice with many chairs and a shaded area. The communication from host was excellent and prompt. The unit is great, could use some updates in a few areas but absolutely everything we needed and very clean. We were there over Easter so the building was busy and a lot of party groups which I wasn’t really expecting, but that had no impact on the unit itself. Otherwise the location is good, just outside the main downtown area, next to the airport. We loved the balcony and sitting enjoying the sunset. Would recommend! ##### Sarah N.
