We arrived around 10pm and security was not available to let us into the building. We called the after-hours number and were told he would be right there to let us in - after several minutes of waiting and still no one arrived some tenants let us in and we were able to access our lockbox. Also, the hall bathroom toilet started running after flushing and would not shut off. We were able to get it to stop but will probably need repairs in the near future. A minor inconvenience, but I would think that the management company would at least return our call and let us know they are aware of the issue. The only negative comments I would have, is that the master bathroom shower is very difficult to operate, I had to keep pulling and pushing the water knob, to get the water to finally come on. After the water came on, the shower was excellent and that is the biggest tub/shower, I’ve ever seen! The second complaint is that it’s a pretty good distance away from the elevator, but there’s nothing that can really be done about that and I’m probably just being lazy! Lol. The third thing is, the dishwasher had standing water in it and leaked when we opened the door, so we just washed the dishes by hand. Reviewer Comments: very satisfied with the condo that we stayed at. Very clean. well stocked. comfortable beds. lots of room. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and straight forward. The pool and hot tub facilities were outstanding. maintenance staff kept the place spotless. sauna was an extra bonus. tennis courts available, although due to injuries we could not partake. location close to beach and a short bike ride to downtown was ideal. would definitely consider staying here on our next visit. ##### Richard T.
