Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire 1350 sq ft condo, including the primary suite with a king bed and private balcony, the second bedroom with two queen beds, the living and dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of a private elevator directly to your unit. Outside, you can relax by the heated pool, utilize the BBQ grills and tiki area, and take advantage of the boat slip reserved for your stay. The adjacent park with tennis courts is also available for your enjoyment. Free on-site parking is provided.

Getting Around:
Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.

🚧 DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRIL–MAY 2026)
Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting).
During this time:
• The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable
• Construction will occur Monday–Saturday during daytime hours
• Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks
• Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina
This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities.
By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions.
⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8. Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.

We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
🚗 PARKING
Free on-site parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, including a golf cart rental.
🚤 DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS)
Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted.
👤 AGE REQUIREMENT
All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
🌴 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER
Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.
Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals. There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.

Very spacious, clean, great outdoor space, very nicely appointed kitchen. Just one mile from Duval St. We enjoyed sitting on the deck which overlooks the harbor. We would stay here again.
The condo was clean and the kitchen is well appointed. Kimberly was great to work with. We saw a manatee at the property's dock! Balcony and condo interior were spacious. It's next to a restaurant so you will smell bacon when you sit on the balcony in the mornings.
Spacious condo with a large covered patio and our boat in view. We loved the location. Possible to walk to the old city, but would recommend renting a golf cart for extra convenience. Clean and neat accommodations…same for the pool!
Great stay in this beautiful stylish modern very well appointed apartment
We had a fantastic stay in the apartment. So well equipped really spacious fabulous bathrooms and showers and a huge huge tv to watch a family movie on as well as TVs in the bedrooms as well if you want them. We were able to explore Key West easily having a car parking space was invaluable. We walked all the way down to the harbour area and wandered back along Duval Street. So much to see and do in Key West and we would highly recommend the apartment. It was clean and bright and having the large balcony to watch the sunrise from was a bonus as well as the lovely pool to cool off in.
The unit was great, all amenities you need. Easy access from parking area, a bonous with luggage cart. The host answered all questions quickly and property manager on sight professional & friendly. The area was nice & quit. We used Lift on occasion for rides restaurants and sights. Mac's place next door to complex was great for Happy Hour & food.
The balcony had table & chairs, which was nice to drink coffee or have an evening drink watch the boats.

This property was super clean. I really appreciated that. Everything was as it was advertised. Very close to main area of key west. We rented a golf cart our last day there. I wish we had done it sooner. The property manager recommended Papas scooters. They did not disappoint! Very nice folks. Super convenient! They delivered right to us and picked up when we were done. This condo is super close to everything. Only issue there was the wifi. Which makes it difficult to watch tv. But only minor issue. Easy to communicate with the property manager. We will definitely be back.
Loved the condo. Had plenty of space. Every room was spacious. The TV in the Livingroom was very big and clear. Great for watching the football games. We spoke to maintenance about a loose towel rack and the panel on the front of the stove fell off. They fixed both issues immediately. I tried to reach out to the property manager but was unsuccessful. Not sure if I was reaching out to the correct people.
The kitchen did not have any plastic wrap, foil, ziplock bags, oil or seasonings, so if you’re going to be cooking in, you better be prepared. They had a couple of containers for leftovers.
The Uber service is unreal. They are there within a minute or two. We would recommend this rental!

We loved the location and the small restaurant next door.There is soft music playing, if you are sitting outside. It's very relaxing and we all enjoyed the pool as well.
We loved this property! It exceeded our expectations! The host, Kim was amazing and so helpful with any questions, since this was our first trip to Key West!
The unit was exactly as described. The check-in process was very smooth and easy. The location made for easy access to all of the attractions. The pool was perfect spot in the afternoon to relax.
We had a Fantastic time at your condominium. Management was wonderful and so accommodating. We were traveling with an infant and Anthony was a great property manager. He contacted us when the place was ready and even helped us move in. The view was beautiful and location was perfect for us. Thanks for a great stay! We’ll be back soon!
Yes kitchen fully stockedPool was a bit cold for older husband and friend. King bed was a bit hard for friend to sleep comfortably Elevator was not working at least 2 days we were there and the day we were leaving. Had to take all packages and luggage down stairs by hand. My husband and friend both are older and have bad knees. Anthony was great to help!! Is there any way to get discounts on future stays due to the Elevator situation? We love staying here and look forward to returning soon!!
We really enjoyed our time at Pelican Landing. Kim was a great host, very responsive. The location is perfect as we enjoyed sunsets on the balcony and great food from the Mellow café next-door. The condominium complex has a great staff. They are attentive and helpful. The unit itself is large and well maintained. We would 100% stay there again.
