It is strolling distance to historic Fort Zachary Taylor Beach, Truman Waterfront Park, the Hemingway Home and Lighthouse Museums, and everything Old Town has to offer. Welcome to your island getaway, an enchanting Key West conch cottage that radiates tropical charm inside and out. Just two blocks from lively Duval Street, this colorful retreat perfectly blends the energy of Old Town with the laid-back comfort of home. Step inside and you’ll be greeted by soaring beam ceilings, trapezoid windows, and an airy, light-filled floor plan. The new owner has leaned into Key West’s playful spirit with bold flamingo wallpaper, bright accent pieces, and fun, tropical furnishings that bring each space to life. One designated off street parking space. Features include high-speed wireless, flat screen TVs in the bedroom, kitchen/living room, outside living area and in the bonus pool house. Outdoors, the mosaic-tiled pool shimmers in shades of sea and sand, offering the perfect place to cool off under swaying palms. A whimsical pool house with futon, half bath, and outdoor shower creates a private oasis for guests, while the covered patio—complete with outdoor TV setup—is ideal for entertaining.
