I would highly recommend this upstairs unit as I have heard that noise can be an issue with downstairs condos. We had no problems whatsoever with noise from other units. This property was exactly what we needed! Beautiful, bright with everything that you'd could ask for. It was close to everything! We rented a jeep, but only need a golf cart and/or the bikes. The two at the house were great! My boys loved venturing out solo checking out the keys! 2 more would've been perfect then they never would've gotten away from this pesky Mama! The owners are fabulous! I had an issue with my keycode getting in upon arrival and they reached out ASAP to get us in. We had driven in from Miami after a flight from VA and we were so tired. It was taken care of right away! I would definitely recommend and would LOVE TO RETURN as soon as possible. I think tears were shed because we had to leave. My only glitch was the master bed. My husband has back issues from the military and it was like the bed was missing slats. Like a hole in the middle. We both sunk in during the night. I hate to even mention it because everything else was fabulous. Ps, when checkout is at 10am, they mean it. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and attractions. The bikes came in handy for grocery store runs. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. It was impeccably clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the location of being just far enough away from Duval, but close enough to walk. We enjoyed having 2 bikes to use and able to bike everywhere in Key West. Great location to Ft Zachary park and Truman Waterfront. A great place to walk in the morning. A safe neighborhood and very welcoming We had 2 teenage girls with and enjoyed walking to everything and having some freedom. It is also a a great place for any kids. It does have stairs that weren’t specified in the description but wasn’t an issue for us but be aware of you have problems with stairs. The management company/Scott and Tina were amazing hosts. We had a couple minor issues and they were resolved very quickly and around our schedules. The unit had everything you need to enjoy your vacation for a week or if your able to longer. Thank you again to the owners to opening up your place for us to use and the management company for your hospitality.
