The Grand Maloney Hotel is a new boutique hotel located in the heart of city centre Key West. Our signature red brick, historical home on Caroline Street has been lovingly restored with a brand-new heated dipping pool on its private patio. With undeniable character, the two-story house stands out from the traditional cottages of Key West in the same way the Grand Maloney stands out from other boutique hotels in the area.



The Space:

Each room is decorated with careful attention to detail, reflecting the personalised experience each guest can expect of their stay. Room 5 with its built in bookshelf is a tropical oasis, with its raffia wall coverings, palm tree motif and monochromatic blue provides a calming experience when getting home from a long day on the town. The original fireplace with exposed brick provides contrast to the blue colour scheme. Find yourself relaxing in the king size bed while gazing out the floor to ceiling windows. The hotel has a shared washing machine and dryer on the second floor.



Guest Access:

Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalised access code prior to arrival and direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay.

Half a block from Duval Street, the Grand Maloney Hotel is steps away from Key West's most famous bars and kitchens. Food is at your finger tips with local’s favourite restaurants, such as First Flight, Bagatelle and Two Friend’s Patio, less than a 5-minute walk from your front door. Got a sweet tooth? Keep an eye out for Kermit’s Key Lime Pie Shoppe known for the best key lime pie in Key West. Or, grab some homemade fudge and sweets from River Street Sweets.

Getting Around:

There is no on-site parking for this unit. You may utilise the brick pathway/driveway for bike parking ONLY. For overnight parking, here are some car parks:

• 204 Simonton Street (This is the closest to your unit!)

• Caroline Street Outdoor Parking Lot

• Park N Ride Old Town Garage



Street parking information:

• There are pay-to-park spots and metres, which are free from 12AM - 8AM, with a 3-day limit.

• The areas of Old Town offer some free parking spaces close to your unit, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them.



Other Things to Note:

- Relax by the brand-new, heated pool in the back of the home!

- Rent this room along with the rest of the Grand Maloney Hotel for an exclusive takeover for up to 16 guests!

- There is on-site laundry facilities.

- This is not a pet friendly hotel.

- For the purpose of creating a safe environment for our guests, the exterior of the building is monitored by security cameras.
